Drycool Systems Soap Industry Chillers are designed to manage the heat generated throughout the soap manufacturing process. During soap production, significant heat is generated during mixing, saponification, roll milling, plodding, molding, and stamping operations. Without effective cooling, excessive temperatures can affect product quality, reduce production efficiency, and create difficulties during molding and finishing operations. Soap manufacturing typically requires two specialized cooling applications. Roll mill and soap plodder chillers operate within the temperature range of 10°C to 15°C to remove frictional heat generated between rolls and screws, ensuring smooth production and maintaining throughput. Die-set chillers operate at lower temperatures between -15°C and -25°C to cool soap press molds and enable clean extraction of finished soap bars without surface damage or sticking.
