OVERVIEW

Built for Efficiency.
Designed for Industry.

Drycool Systems HDPE, CPVC, and UPVC Pipe Chillers are designed to provide the precise cooling required during plastic extrusion processes. During pipe manufacturing, raw materials are heated to approximately 200°C and extruded through specialized dies to form continuous plastic pipes. Accurate cooling is essential to stabilize the material structure, maintain dimensional accuracy, prevent deformation, and ensure consistent product quality. Conventional chillers often face operational challenges due to dust accumulation and suspended particles, which can cause evaporator choking and reduce system efficiency. Drycool's specialized extrusion chillers are engineered to overcome these issues while providing reliable and energy-efficient cooling for modern pipe manufacturing facilities. The systems circulate chilled coolant through vacuum calibration tanks and cooling sections, enabling proper heat removal and controlled solidification of HDPE, CPVC, and UPVC pipes. Available in capacities ranging from 30 TR to 900 TR, Drycool Pipe Chillers are suitable for a wide range of extrusion lines and plastic processing applications. With more than 500 installations globally, these chillers deliver dependable cooling performance, lower production costs, reduced scrap rates, and improved manufacturing productivity.
